Learn about your cargo
Turkish Cargo safely transports a wide range of cargo, from small parcels to live animals, valuable goods, textiles, flowers, spare parts, technological products, and perishable items.
You can access detailed information about your cargo content via the “Products” menu on our website.
Prepare your cargo
For domestic shipments, you can initiate your shipment directly by applying to the cargo acceptance office at your local airport without making a reservation.
You may visit the reservation page to review pricing and flight details prior to shipment.
Deliver your cargo on time
You can complete the delivery process by bringing your cargo to the cargo office at the departure airport at least 2 hours before the flight time.
Complete the acceptance process
If the shipper is an individual, a Turkish ID number must be provided; if the shipper is a company, the commercial title, tax office, and tax number must be stated.
You can easily track your shipment via the cargo tracking page using the issued AWB (Air Waybill) number.
Receive your cargo
Your cargo is transported on scheduled passenger flights and can be collected approximately 1 hour after arrival at the destination station.

Things to consider
Cargo must be delivered to the cargo acceptance office at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Shipments can be collected approximately 1 hour after arrival at the destination station.
Cargo must be properly packed by the shipper in accordance with the content of the shipment.
For individual shipments, the consignee must present a valid ID (national ID card including ID number, driver’s license, or passport) at the time of cargo pickup.
For company shipments, the cargo can be collected by an authorized person upon presentation of an official authorization letter on company letterhead.
